Consulting rates

Intro call (30 min): free.
Day rate: €650–€1,150 ex. VAT (on‑site) + travel/ingredients.
Starter package: Kitchen diagnostic + 1 day pilot + SOP outline — €1,450 ex. VAT.
Scale‑up sprint (3 days): equipment spec + yields + training — €2,200 ex. VAT.
